Our Mission

TJTHL is a student-led organization that strives to share wellness tips, resources, and evidence-based scientific information in hopes of helping students make informed decisions when it comes to their health, as well as helping them navigate their own personal journey Towards a Healthy Living.

 

We also focus on exploring misconceptions pertaining to fitness, dieting, weight loss and weight gain, the idea of what it means to have a quality life, and more.

 

Ultimately, it is our mission to encourage students to get more involved with their health!
